Return Eligibility

You can request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The item must be unused
  • It should be in original packaging with all tags intact

⚠️ Important:
An unboxing video is mandatory to claim any return or exchange.
Without a proper unboxing video, requests will not be accepted.

Return Period

  • You must request a return within 7 days of delivery
  • Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted

Exchange Policy

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, you can request an exchange
  • Our team will assist you and ensure a smooth replacement process

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only applicable in cases of damaged, defective, or wrong products
  • Once the product is returned and inspected, the refund will be processed
  • Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your original payment method

  • Products without an unboxing video proof
